Keeping Our Skills Sharp During World War Zoom
Welcome to Viral Spiral Theatre Workshops - a series of sessions designed to help theatre enthusiasts keep their skills up to date, and stay engaged while we are still unable to gather in person.

Acting Fundamentals: Given Circumstances, Objective, and Action
3/8/26, 8:00 PM
Pratidhwani is excited to offer a new acting workshop with instructor Iveliz Martel.
In this introductory acting class, participants will learn and practice three fundamental concepts in acting: Given Circumstances, Objective, and Action. Whether you are new to acting or already understand these aspects, this workshop will provide you with an opportunity to practise, refine your choices, and receive feedback. The class will start with a warm-up to connect with your body and voice, which is vital for any actor, and it will help participants approach the work not only from the mind but also from the body. Then we'll apply the three concepts to specific monologues in order to practice what we have learned.
This workshop is good for both new and experienced actors. The workshop is limited to 15 attendees.
